Matt Robards.

Matt is an experienced workshop manager with a background in 3D crafts, carpentry, and high-end manufacturing.

He began his career in bespoke boat construction before moving into supervisory roles and later joining Rolls Royce, where he worked in woodshop trim and repair. His academic background includes a BA (Hons) in 3D Crafts and qualifications in manufacturing operations, lighting design, and leadership.

Now leading the workshop at Liqui Group, Mathew ensures precision, efficiency, and quality across the team’s commercial interiors and furniture projects.
