We crafted a selection of eatery interior designs for popular brands during the Jeddah Airport interior design project in Saudi Arabia, including Brew92, Sbarro, DK72, Smashburger, Cinnabon, and Brioche Dorée. Each space required a distinct design to reflect each brand’s identity while still harmonizing within the high-end airport environment. Liqui approached this by implementing unique design elements tailored to each brand—such as Brew92’s modern coffeehouse and Cinnabon’s inviting warmth—creating distinct, branded spaces that stand out yet feel cohesive within the airport’s broader aesthetic. Whilst the brief was not for an airport lounge interior design, we wanted each space to feel uniquely approachable and comfortable.

Balancing the brand’s franchise interior design with airport regulations posed a significant challenge. The team needed to design around restrictions on materials, visibility, and durability, ensuring that each space could withstand high foot traffic while meeting Jeddah Airport’s stringent safety and aesthetic standards.

Through the eatery interior design for Brew92, Sbarro, DK72, Smashburger, Cinnabon, and Brioche Dorée respectively at Jeddah Airport, we prioritized materials that could meet both our sustainability goals and the practical demands of a busy airport. Locally-sourced materials were central to our approach, not only to reduce the carbon footprint from transport but also to ensure that each space felt connected to its surroundings.

For the projects in the airport interior design project we created bespoke contract furniture and lighting tailored to each brand’s unique style. From minimalist seating for Brew92 to vibrant fixtures for Smashburger, every piece was designed to be both visually distinct and practical for busy airport use.
