Liqui Group was commissioned by Wayland Games to design and deliver an immersive brand experience project that brings together gaming, retail and hospitality into a single destination.
The project includes a flagship tabletop gaming store, a large-scale gaming hall and a new food and beverage concept called The Lounge. The retail store interior and wider space support play, community interaction and social dining, forming a cohesive environment shaped by experiential interior design principles.

Working closely with Wayland Games, we developed a design language rooted in tabletop gaming culture as part of a wider brand experience design approach. Industrial materials, layered lighting and considered space design were combined to create a series of immersive environments.
The experiential interior guides visitors through play zones, retail discovery and communal gathering spaces with clarity and purpose, supporting a cohesive retail design and customer journey.
Alongside the gaming hall and hospitality space, the retail environment was delivered as a standalone design and build project.

Liqui Group delivered the retail space as part of a full design and build solution, taking responsibility from initial concept through to final installation. Every element was developed in house, including bespoke gaming tables, custom furniture, lighting features and architectural detailing, forming an integrated brand experience design and build approach.
The Lounge introduces a hospitality design layer to the overall brand experience, allowing visitors to enjoy food and drink alongside tabletop gaming. The experiential interior design balances atmosphere and functionality, ensuring the space performs commercially while supporting social interaction and extended dwell time.
