We provide a full interior fit out service. This is designed to make the whole process as smooth and straightforward as it can be. We can manage the whole fit out process, working with you to make the office interior design a reality. From specifications to Building Control we are one of the few creative agencies that can offer such a comprehensive build service. To that end, we have our own manufacturing base including an in-house CNC router with 0.1mm tolerances. This means that we can not only design and carry out the on-site build, but we can also manufacture bespoke items ranging from custom counters and banquet seating to bespoke retail displays and lighting installs.

Our careful planning throughout the interior fit out process means your interior will look as close to our 3D CAD renders as humanly possible.

What we do.

Specifications.

The Liqui interior design team will produce specification plans that are clear and considered. They’re rooted in manufacturing and build practicalities, informed by Liqui Group’s own extensive experience in manufacturing. Our specifications will contain information on materials and finishes, furniture and fixtures and can include HVAC, electrical and plumbing requirements. The specifications are carefully constructed to explain and show how a fit out team make your interior look just like the visuals.

Project management.

With the specifications complete the build can get underway. When Liqui undertake the interior fit out, one of our Project Managers can be on hand to put everything in place and keep things running smoothly. If applicable our consulting Structural Engineer and Building Control Approved Inspector can also be instructed. Throughout the fit out our Project Manager will keep things on track and on budget, liaising with you and all other parties involved, keeping you informed throughout.

In-house manufacture.

Because of out manufacturing background we have the luxury of being able to produce bespoke pieces for your interior in-house. This gives us direct control over quality and, importantly, it means we don’t have to buy ‘off the peg’. It gives you the advantage of having high quality, sustainable and bespoke pieces manufactured in Britain by our dedicated craftsmen for your interior.
