Liqui Group was appointed to deliver the interior design concept for Alfred Homes’ new headquarters and showroom, creating a premium workplace that reflects the same care, craftsmanship and attention to detail found throughout the homes they create.
Designed to feel warm, refined and quietly sophisticated, the workspace balances residential influence with the practical demands of a modern headquarters. Through considered spatial planning, bespoke joinery, layered materials and integrated lighting, Liqui developed an environment that feels welcoming, timeless and highly functional.
Working closely with the Alfred Homes team, Liqui delivered the original concept vision, CGI visualisations, detailed design intent drawings and bespoke joinery detailing to guide the project through delivery.
For a business known for creating beautifully considered homes, the new headquarters needed to feel like a natural extension of the Alfred Homes brand. Rather than a conventional commercial office, the ambition was to create a workplace with the warmth, comfort and timeless quality more commonly associated with residential interiors.
Liqui’s workplace designers developed a carefully considered interior concept centred around natural textures, bespoke detailing and a restrained material palette. Layered lighting, soft finishes and refined architectural detailing work together to create an environment that feels calm, elevated and welcoming — supporting both focused working and client-facing interactions.
The result is a headquarters and showroom environment that balances professionalism with comfort, helping to create a workplace experience that feels both premium and authentic.
While the space appears warm and understated, significant consideration was given to how technical requirements would be discreetly integrated throughout the interior.
Liqui developed bespoke joinery elements that concealed building services and climate systems within the architectural language of the space, allowing practical requirements to disappear seamlessly into the design. This careful coordination ensured the headquarters retained a refined, domestic character while supporting the day-to-day performance demands of a modern workplace.
Alongside the interior concept, Liqui produced detailed design intent drawings and bespoke joinery detailing to guide implementation and ensure the original design vision was carried through with consistency.
Liqui Group’s involvement focused on developing the overall vision for the headquarters, from early concept design and spatial planning through to CGI visualisations, design intent information and bespoke detailing.
Working collaboratively with the Alfred Homes team, the project was delivered by Alfred Homes in-house, with Liqui’s design package helping to shape and guide the finished environment.
The completed headquarters successfully reflects the quality and understated refinement associated with the Alfred Homes brand — creating a premium workplace designed around both experience and functionality.
