"Based on traditional American diners".
Inspired by 1930’s cartoons, the restaurant branding we created for Bennie’s Brunch fuses a vintage style logo design with a minimal, modern look. We came up with the name based on traditional American diners that were often named after the proprietor. We then felt we needed a friendly character that people could relate to. Staying with the retro theme, we researched the styles of vintage cartoons. After a process of creative development the smiling Bennie was finally born, always happy to serve.
